Want to Help Your City Eat for Impact?
If you’ve just discovered your city’s Eat for Impact after the initiative has already launched, you’re not too late to help to make an impact. In fact, your participation now is essential.
Here’s How to Make an Impact.
Share what you see!
Visit a participating restaurant, take a photo or short video, and share it with your networks. 📸
Post it, email it to us, or tag us on social platforms. What you document becomes part of the initiative’s impact - we may even share your photos on social or in our impact reports.
Gather Your Community!
Host a plant-based potluck with friends, with co-workers, or at your local place of worship or other community space.
Arrange a group visit or order-in from a participating business for your office, book club, or any group you’re a part of.
Remember to take photos! And use these opportunities to talk about how small food choices can positively impact the planet.
Contribute Your Voice!
Write an op-ed or letter to the editor (like this one!) about why food system change matters in your city. We can support you with talking points or editing help. 🗞️
Endorse the initiative as an individual, organization, or business. Your words can encourage others to follow!
Commit to Action!
Want to help plan next year’s initiative? Let us know and we will make sure you’re included on the next call-out for organizers. 🙋🏽♀️ 🙋🏻♀️
Don’t have time to organize? Make a donation! 💵
Eat for Impact is a completely profit-free initiative, run by Planted Society.
Donations from passionate individuals (quite literally) fuels our work. We cannot do this without donations from amazing people like you.
Thank you for your support!
Sincerely,
Eat for Impact team
