Throughout New York City’s Eat for Impact, three locally beloved restaurants are serving up exclusive dishes that support a more sustainable and equitable food system.

Every meal featured in Eat for Impact helps reduce environmental impact while celebrating delicious, plant-based ingredients. Please note that not all restaurants are labeling their dishes - some are working them seamlessly into their menus, while others are creating special materials. We love them all!

Monarch Izakaya

  • Korean Fried Cauliflower:
    Gochujuang, scallions, sesame seeds.

    Fried rice , Side salad, Pickled turnip,Roasted kombucha squash and the Crispy tofu.

Blue Star Parlor

    • Solstice Sunrise Salad
      Hearty Winter vegetables contrasted with sun kissed passion fruit dressing (Roasted beets, shaved cabbage, Quinoa, Mashed Avocado with passionfruit vinaigrette.

    • Creamy Coconut Curry Soup
      Spiced soup balanced with naturally sweet coconut.

Bolivian Llama Party

    • Jackfruit BBQ Bowl
      Smoked Jackfruit sauteed in aji garlic sauce, topped with crispy jackfruit & served with spring mix, quinoa rice and vegan llajua mayo.

    • Jackfruit Chola Sandwich
      Sticky, Savory, Sweet Aji BBQ Pulled Jack Fruit, Aji Amarillo Vegan Mayo, Vegan Parm, Pickled veggies and punchy salsa served on vegan bread.
